A user is having trouble logging in.
There could be a couple of reasons for this:
- They are using the wrong subdomain (e.g. companyname.budgyt.com)
- They are using the wrong username or password.
You can remind them of the subdomain, and their username, if they have forgotten their password, there is a Forgot Password option on the login screen, or you can provide them with a new one by going to Users > All Users and clicking the Key symbol on the right of their name, changing the password, and emailing it to them.
