How do I filter the activity audit log?

Track changes made by your users by date, by type, and by GL account

The Activity Log can be filtered in various ways, by user, by date, and by various types of events. To do this, simply go to Activity > Audits and click the Filter button at the top right. You can then use the menus and check boxes on the pop up that appears to set your filters.

You can filter by User, by Date, and by Event Type. For instance, if you just want to se data changes, uncheck all events, and select Data Sheet Updates as in the screen shot below.

If you want to get really specific, you can check the Show Category Changes only box, and choose individual categories from your chart of accounts.
