How do I remove blank rows from the Data Sheet?

Sometimes you will have blank sub category rows in your data, where you may have deleted sub category data, but not the row, or maybe your current budget no longer requires rows that were used in previous budgets.

There are 2 ways to remove these blank rows:

  1. Individually on the Data Sheet - in edit mode on the data sheet, you can check the box to the left of the row(s) you wish to delete, then select the trash can icon.                                           
  2. You can delete all blank rows in a particular budget by going to Budgets > Manage budgets, and selecting the No Entry tool at the right of that budget row.
  3. You can delete all blank rows in all budgets by going to Budgets > Manage Budgets and selecting the Delete Blank Rows button.
