How do I select similar Departments in different Divisions?

Use the Department menu on the Dashboard

In the center of the Dashboard you will see your Department menu, from which you may choose which departments you wish to view.

This menu is searchable, so you may either select manually, or type in what you are looking for. For instance in the screen shot below, we are looking to consolidate our Sales depts.

Check Select All to pick all the departments in this filter (you'll want to have unselected all before typing in Sales).

The menu is also searchable by Department Code, so if your codes signify certain groups of departments that might be a more efficient search.

All of our menus throughout Budgyt are searchable in the same way.
