The support videos won't play

If you're having trouble watching the videos in the Video Academy it may be a browser issue.

We recommend that you use Google's Chrome browser when working in Budgyt. We optimized the platform to work with Chrome so the performance on Edge, Safari, and Firefox may not be quite as good.

If the videos aren't displaying, or playing, it may be because of the browser.

If you are already using Chrome, and you're having this problem, you may be able to fix it by clearing your cache. A browser's cache stores cookies and website data, and if you don't clear it occasionally, it can cause performance issues.

To clear the cache on Chrome, click the 3 dots in the top right hand corner, select History and History, then click on Clear Browsing Data. The best option is to clear All Time, but you can choose a shorter timeframe if you wish.

Clearing the cache will remove your browsing history, and any stored passwords you have for the websites you visit.
