# Approvals Feature
## Peace of Mind made possible with full control over data changes.
If you're working with a team, and have multiple contributors, you'll probably want to be able to see any changes they make before those changes become part of the budget.
This is where our Approvals feature comes in.
You can switch on Approvals for each version of your budget as required, have multiple approvers, and view and approve requests at various different levels so that you're never taken by surprise by your numbers.
