Can't get into Budgyt, or waiting too long?

Are you stuck looking at the timing wheel?

Occasionally, you might find that you are unable to access Budgyt, or you have tried to do something and it gets hung up waiting.

This may be an issue with your browser. As you use a browser, your computer stores information from the websites that you visit and as time passes, this information increases and begins to slow down or otherwise affect some of your web based applications.

It's a good idea to Clear the Cache on your browser from time to time, and you'll find this will often get Budgyt working again for you.

Here is how to do this on the most common browsers:

Chrome

  1. Click the 3 dots at the top right of your browser (sometimes this will change to and arrow when Google is making an update)
  2. Choose the More Tools option
  3. Choose Clear Browsing Data
  4. Choose a time period - we recommend All Time to make sure everything is cleared.

Firefox

  1. Click the Menu button (3 horizontal lines) at the top right of your browser.
  2. Choose Options
  3. Choose Privacy and Security, and go to the Cookies and Site Data section
  4. Choose Clear Data.

Safari

  1. Choose History on your browser options
  2. Click Clear History
  3. Choose a time period

Microsoft Edge/Explorer

  1. Click the 3 dots at the top right of your browser 
  2. Choose the History option
  3. Choose Clear Browsing Data
  4. Choose a time period - we recommend All Time to make sure everything is cleared.
