Improvements to Sub Admins, FTE count, and Imports

  • Auto FTE - The category for the Auto FTE count (which is calculated directly from the Employee Module) can now be hidden from users. Just go to the user permissions screen and deselect it in the Detail Categories menu.
  • Sub Admins (users with limited access that still have the ability to manage other users' permissions) will now only be able to give detail access to categories if they themselves also have detail access. If the Sub Admin only has Summary access to a category, they can only assign Summary access to another user.
  • P+L/Balance Sheet Categories - In the Manage Categories and the User Permissions screens, it is now possible to select/deselect all P+L or all Balance Sheet categories by clicking the bold name for each group. This makes it easier to assign/unassign categories, and provide permission just to the P+L categories.
  • Deactivation Fix - Now when you are working with a hybrid scenario and wish to deactivate the most recent month so that you can copy another month of actual data into the scenario, all data in previously deactivated months remains as is, and we only zero the month that you are deactivating.
  • Import Gate - In order to prevent accidental overwriting during the import process, we have added a window that appears during the import asking you to type the name and year of the scenario to which you wish to import data. This makes it impossible to just click past the warning pop up without double checking your import scenario.
