What is the function of the percent (%) button on the data sheet?

Compare your departmental expenses in relation to revenues.

The percent button on the far right of the data sheet will transform the data from absolute numbers to percentages of the net sales of the department to which that data belongs.

This allows for a quick comparison of a category for all deprtments to see if there are any readings that look anomalous.

The $ button will transform the data back to absolute figures.
